W10 was founded by Gregor Hoheisel in 2016.

From its base in Auckland, W10 is currently working on a range of projects in New Zealand, and overseas. The work spans across the disciplines of Product Design, Interiors, Architecture and Urban Planning. 

Gregor Hoheisel has over 25 years of experience as a Designer and Architect living and working in Berlin, Los Angeles and Beijing before moving to New Zealand. 

From 1999 to 2014, Gregor Hoheisel was one of the founding Partners of the international operating company GRAFT (www.graftlab.com) and acted from 2004 until 2014 as CEO of GRAFT's office in Beijing. 

Since 2021, W10 is collaborating with Studio Precht on various residential and hospitality projects in Albania.

Gregor Hoheisel is a Registered Architect in New Zealand and teaches architectural design and sustainability at the Architectural School of Auckland University.
